I'm a doctoral researcher at the the Seymour lab at University of Oxford. My research interests are quite interdisciplinary and currently lie in computational pain neuroscience, safe AI and robot learning. I'm currently focusing on pain and aversive learning in context of decision-making and in general and how we can leverage algorithms to help humans heal better. I employ emerging technologies such as virtual reality into my experiments and ideas from machine learning systems to build models of animal cognition. I truly believe in a symbiotic relationship between natural and artificial intelligence.
